How often should I clean my new ear lobe piercing (first holes)? Also, should I use a q-tip or cotton ball?

Generally two times a day front and back [Twist when you clean it]. Again after you shower and go in a pool. I would suggest not using a cotton ball because the cotton tends to come off. Q-tips work great.
