To muslim parents in particular?

i have a problem My son is only ten but soon will be growing up (puberty) and i dont know how to tell him that we must remove pubic and underarm hair.I am a single parent ,i dont have any male poeple who i think i can turn to to ask them to explain. only decent advice appreciated please as this will help me enormously thanks in advance
