Moral Dilemma with Dog Shelter?

The same thing happens at all shelters around the country, unless they're no kill shelters. Animals are usually only kept for a certain amount of time and then euthanized to make room for new animals. There's no conspiracy and they may not come out and say it but everyone knows it happens. Until shelters get better funding and people take better care with their pets that's the way it has to be.
