The Bachelor tv show question?

Im watching season 14 and i find much resemblance between Vienna and Melrose from America's Next Top Model. I know they can't be sisters because Vienna is an only child, but could they be related somehow. I know its a random question but if you see pictures of them you can see where I'm coming from. Please help its been bugging me for a while :)
